Hello, I am 2 weeks new here as well. The more motivation the better. I am striving for 20 pounds less at this time. I am happy to report I have lost 6 pounds so far. Nice to meet ya!

My ultimate goal is to lose at least 40 pounds this year and maintain, but I would like to lose at least 20 pounds by July 2. So far so good as I have lost 1 pound since starting a little over a week ago. I definitely need much motivation to eat low calories. My calorie goal is 1200 per day.

I eat the weight watchers popcorn. It has only 110 calories. :smile:

I have only been on the weight loss journey for 1 week 1 day but I did try the special k breakfast shake and it actually tastes great.
