Mine is 63 kilos (138.89). I'm now 65,7 (144,84 pounds) and I feel good but my problem area are muffin tops that are still here. :(

I say you should buy smaller number :) I'm wearing my "old" clothes and I won't buy anything new until I reach my goal weight. But on the other hand I had to lose 18 pounds and that is not very big difference in clothing sizes (maybe one size) ;)

I eat pizza all the time, I love it!. Just make it smaller with whole grain dough and lots of veggies on top and your good to go. ;)

Thank you everybody :) I know It's ok not to be perfect. Until now I've been logging my calories approximately on everything. So I decided to make my recipes for breakfast, snacks and dinner. For lunch I will put meals from food database. So in that way at least half my meals are ok in calories. And I will be doing this…

That's a bit too low. What MFP calculated your daily calories should be? You should eat back the calories you burn through exercise.

You will lose if you eat calories that you burn. Because when MFP gives you your calorie number for the day that number is already subtracted. For example. The calories that I need to go through day and do all my activities and not lose weight (so maintain calories) are 1,860 calories/day. So if I want to lose 1 pound a…
