Working out. Short but more frequently or longer and less?
Is it better to work out every day for shorter amount of time or maybe 3 - 4 times a week but longer? Will the person who works out 6 days a week for 30 minutes get the same results (in the same time frame) as the person who works out 3 day a week for one hour. Upping my calories to maintain
I've lost 21 pounds in 6 months, nice and slow with calorie deficit. Now I would like to up my calories to maintain. So I'm creating a recipe for the first time. I'm making 2 eggs (sunny side up). Ingredients are olive oil, 2 eggs salt and pepper. Plateau already
