I work our and eat the same as I did all the previous years I was losing the weight. But if it is not the metabolism why is it not working now? Any ideas?

I've been doing curves 30 minute circuit for almost a moth now and I really like it! But I have a question. The trainers say that this workout burns 500 calories and MFP says 153 calories?? I know 500 is a bit too much for 30 minutes but 153 feels too little??

And how long is one workout? I'm doing Jillian Michael No more trouble zones which is all weight exercises. It lasts about one hour and she recommends it 5 days a week. I think that's a little too much so I thought I would split the exercises in half and alternate first and last 30 minutes of the DVD. So i would work out…

I forgot to say, I'm thinking about weight exercises. Because I'm at my goal weight and I'm maintaining. But I want to tone up. So I'm debating if I should work out (just with weights) 30 minutes 5-6 days a week (i will have at leas one day free) or I should work out 3 day a week for longer (for example one hour) .

I've reached my goal and decided I want to tone up more. So I've decided to do No more trouble zones for 30 days. :) I will have a rest day every 7 days. I did 2 days and every muscle in my body is sore. But I like it! One question,,,should I do any other exercise for my tricepses except this? They are my trouble area :(

I'm planning on doing it 5 or 6 times a week (I'm not doing anything else). I have a feeling this is just what I need more muscle less cardio exercises. I'm afraid that I'm not enough fit for it. Is it very hard? Should I be in shape to do it?

I'm only on my day 7 and I have a feeling that my upper leg is getting too bulky, and I don't like it. Is that possible or is it in my head? I'm an apple shape so my legs have always been relativity skinny. I walk a lot too.

Just one thing? :p Hmmm,, If I have to choose only one I love my eye color. They are dark green but they change color. For example if it's rainy they get dark gray-bluish color.

I don't know how I can lift If I can't go to the gym and I don't have the money to buy weights.:( Any suggestions? I have 2 kg weights but I suppose that is too light.
