mercina - All of your protein looks awesome. Freaking nice!
Dinner tonight was a shrimp + veg stirfry with pesto, over whole wheat couscous. Quick, easy and very tasty. I made a creamy pesto sauce by adding 4 Tbsp of pesto to the skillet with a splash of broth and some sour cream at the end. FFGY would work great too. We used to do this with chicken, some italian vegetables, olives and some rich blue cheese and then serve it over linguine too... In my fatter days :blushing:

Pre-heat oven to 400degrees
Blend Egg Whites & Bisquik and Pour into Muffin Tray about half full each Tin.
Add Chopped Servings of Cheese/Meat/Veggies.This is all up to you and at your own discretion. Ive yet to make a bad combination.
Bake in Oven for 10mins approx (everyones oven is different.. cut it to make sure its not runny.)
