Vietnamese Chicken Salad
This is super easy, super healthy, and super tasty! Just throw together a bag of tri-color cole slaw, a couple of shredded chicken breasts, cilantro, mint, lime juice, and then a home made dressing of marinated red onion in a little bit of oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. I love this stuff.0 -

That one was from near my work in Mt Waverley. But we went to a good place in Springvale that sold nothing but pho. There is a similar place in the city, corner of Lonsdale and Russell.0 -

Dinner = Steak with blue cheese and mushroom sauce, mash and broccoli - approx 700 cals
Lunch = Melba toast with laughing cow light, tomatoes, basil and pepper - approx 140 cals
