    Here was my yummy dinner :)

    Recipe:

    1 cup of cooked quinoa
    as many different roasted veggies you want and like
    fresh cherry tomatoes
    fresh herbs
    fresh spring onion chopped
    fresh snow peas
    1 oz. crumbled blue cheese
    chicken breast cooked and cut into cubes

    enjoy!

    also, made some lemon drizzle muffins for the family as desserts today!

    Breakfast was a 1 egg +2 egg whites omelet with leftover ham (from Easter) and cheese. Delicious, no pic :(

    Lunch was a salmon Caesar salad with dressing on the side!

    Chocolate Peanut butter protein cups :-))

    The outside is dates with walnuts and dark chocolate
    Middle part is the crunchy peanut butter protein mix
    The top is the chocolate protein mix

    Each 1/4 cup is 300 cals (28 carbs, 16 fat, 12 protein, 3 fiber)
    I made 5 of those.. BIG mistake, because I just had an entire one to myself :D
