Here was my yummy dinner
Recipe:
1 cup of cooked quinoa
as many different roasted veggies you want and like
fresh cherry tomatoes
fresh herbs
fresh spring onion chopped
fresh snow peas
1 oz. crumbled blue cheese
chicken breast cooked and cut into cubes
enjoy!

baked sweet potatoes and stir fried spinach + shredded carrots + cherry tomatoes + sliced chicken sausages.

Yesterday's meals... Today was nothing special.
Peanut Brittle Strawberry Protein Smoothie with Spinach - Amazing totally not "clean" breakfast!
Roasted chicken with zucchini relish and sriracha, spinach and pico, and a side of thai mango salad.0 -
Dinner was tandoori grilled chicken with coleslaw/ tuna salad hybrid (with herb and garlic mayonnaise) and pickles.

Breakfast was a 1 egg +2 egg whites omelet with leftover ham (from Easter) and cheese. Delicious, no pic
Lunch was a salmon Caesar salad with dressing on the side!

Chicken, jalapeno, brussels, sweet potato
Smoked turkey with lettuce, tomato, prov on tomato focaccia bread with a side of italian pasta salad
Salmon, broccoli and cauliflower, butternut squash

Chocolate Peanut butter protein cups :-))
The outside is dates with walnuts and dark chocolate
Middle part is the crunchy peanut butter protein mix
The top is the chocolate protein mix
Each 1/4 cup is 300 cals (28 carbs, 16 fat, 12 protein, 3 fiber)
I made 5 of those.. BIG mistake, because I just had an entire one to myself0
