    Lentil & Vegetable Shepherd's Pie with sweet potato/pumpkin topping (I also made a potato topped version for my sweet potato averse partner, but I think the sweet potato flavour goes better with the lentils). 177 calories for this serve.

    I'd love the recipe as well. I have to make dessert for a work potluck and this looks DELICIOUS. I'll take pleasure in telling everyone AFTER they've eaten it that it has no sugar, no flour, no dairy..etc.
