Breakfast: Whole grain wasa cracker with a thin spread of lemon mayo, peppered turkey, half of a sliced hard boiled egg, a thin shaving of yellow cheese, lettuce and a bit of tomato. I had two but ate the other one already, the information below is for one cracker. Quick, yummy and crunchy!

I found the recipe on a website called dudefoods.com. I also made a version of their Colby Jack Mac and Cheese Pie With a Bacon Crust using dreamfields macaroni noodles instead but it was gone before pictures could be taken.0 -
I was *really* pleased with how dinner turned out today - all my own hybrid concoctions. Quinoa mango thai salad, steamed broccoli, and some cilantro garlic lime baked white fish.

Tilapia seasoned with whole wheat flour and pan seared in a little olive oil, Steamed broccoli, Steamed corn, and a piece of 45 calorie Sara Lee bread. Delish!
