Not a "meal" but I had an abundance of kiwi from my co-op basket this week, so I decided to make these kiwi-pineapple-strawberry popsicles. Just pureed fresh fruit and poured into molds. :)

    amazing!
    They look yummy :)

    Did you get it?

I heard he doesn't give out the recipe unless you send him a PM asking politely.

You also have to provide images of you lifting so he knows you can handle the protein.

but if they send nudes, they get a bonus video tutorial

    The crust:
    • 1.5 cups roasted salted almonds
    • 2 cups regular oats lightly roasted
    • 450g pitted dates, roughly chopped
    • 80g sweetened coconut flakes
    • 1/3 cup coconut oil

In a food processor, process the almond and oats until a fine crumble forms. Then add in the dates and coconut and process until crumbly again. Melt the coconut oil and add to the mixture and process until sticky.

    The filling:
    • 175g 70% cocoa dark chocolate
    • 4tbsp almond butter
    • 2tbsp honey
    • 1 cup walnut crumbles
    • ½ cup regular oats lightly roasted
    • 5-6 scoops whey protein powder
    • ½ cup dark chocolate almond milk

Add the dark chocolate, almond butter and honey in a bowl and microwave for 1 – 1.5 min. Then mix and add the protein powder and almond milk and then the rest of the ingredients after. Add a little more milk if the mixture is not moist enough.

The parchment paper strips I used in the 1st pic helps you take it out of the pan without sticking.
After you cover your pan with the crust (press it in hard), top it with the chocolate protein filling. Sprinkle cocoa powder and/ or coconut flakes on top and keep it in the freezer overnight.

I actually saw a picture of something similar, at a fair they had mac n cheese and pulled pork in a cone. Figured something spicy would go with the sweetness of the cone so went with buffalo chicken. It was that or kung pao chicken to put in the cone
