loving eating my potatoes this way now. it's super easy and so good - this batch was with rosemary, dried scallions, and black pepper. parmesan squash and quorn roast with homemade tomato sauce with it.

Breakfast: Whole grain wasa cracker with a thin spread of lemon mayo, peppered turkey, half of a sliced hard boiled egg, a thin shaving of yellow cheese, lettuce and a bit of tomato. I had two but ate the other one already, the information below is for one cracker. Quick, yummy and crunchy!
