I was really bad and ate a pastrami sandwich for lunch. So, I went a little healthier for dinner.

Today i finally ate so asparagus rice,lentis and lamb,pie with ice cream just good for me just good,few days i've been walking for several miles so no problem for adding....and my workouts include high cardio so....0

From scratch pancakes with homemade blueberry sauce (with fresh picked blueberries). I used half almond flour in the pancakes to up the protein level so it keeps me full until late afternoon.

so, i was under my calories by 590....
fruit(208 cals), frozen mouse(90cals) and a smidge of ice cream(100cals) to bring me in... im not watching my sugar.

Bernard Matthews Turkey Dinosaurs and salad. I am a cook/chef by living and has made lots of meals, but never took any pictures. But as im back on the wagon, and if i get time. Il try take a few more pics of healthy creations.
Turkey Dinosaurs 113 calories each, weight watchers pitta bread about 105cal, salad and coleslaw comes to about 250, all with sweet chilli sauce, 65 cal.

Not a meal but I did give pumpkin brownies with protein icing a go. Came out tasty, but a little like a dense chewy cake in texture. Icing was very 'refreshing' on top.
And a garlic and olive oil couscous/ground turkey filled mushroom cap. Not pretty, but full of flavor.
I promise, there is a mushroom under all that other stuff.0 -
