WOW ! Is that you in the photo? You look amazing ! I am new to this forum I am going to try and use this forum to try and help me loose weight. I have about 15 more lbs until I reach my goal weight. I have omitted sweets all together from my diet +pop too. I drink water all day long +watch my portions at meal time. i do exersice +now that it is winter I do what I can for excersise in the house, sit ups mixed with cardio(jump squats, jump lunges. Also have a mini stepper which is better than nothing. I ran a couple of miles a a day 3x aweek in the summer. I have lost a few more lbls since I last checked my weight which is encouraging. I am always looking for healthy things to make for lunch +dinner that will help me. I have a terrible time staying on track +resisting sweets however it is only when I am stressed which is a lot lately. It would be very encouraging for me if you could tell me what is working for you. And tell me a little about fitnesspal. I hear you can get some good recipes on here, too.0

their what i call pandan leaves, but the english name for them is screwpine. their green, and smell amazing, gives an incredible fragrance when boiled in water (or boiled with barley, or what have yous), or even cooked with desserts! they go especially well with coconut and coconut milk products.0 -
