Chicken mushroom stew, with microwave baked baby potatoes. A great 500 calorie lunch.

Roasted sirloin, over a beautiful salad, with a little of the addicting Heinz garlic herb sauce. A filling dinner for only 400 calories.

Quesadilla with prosciutto and brie cheese, topped with salsa. Died and gone to heaven. :D

I eat a plant based diet and here is one meal that I can throw together quickly since I always have my homemade red pepper sauce with toasted almonds made up.

last night i went to a nice chocolate shop downtown (chocolate secrets in dallas - for anyone in the area that wants a treat) and ordered a slice of this incredible chocolate mousse cake. so worth the calories! (though i shared a bit of it with my friends and brought home leftovers)

    Elvis inspired burger

Burger stuffed with pb, topped with a cayenne banana gel, bacon, whipped honey, duck fat and pb powders.

Seriously? I would not have eaten this on my worst day. To each his own.

I am not too sure if you are shocked by the flavors mix or by the amount of calories that must be in it, but if it is about the calories, I don't think your comment was very useful... Seeing how ripped this guy is, I'm pretty sure he can eat what he wants without having to worry too much. If you were talking about the crazy flavors mix, nevermind my comment.

Scallop & Prawn spicy ginger stir-fry (banging protein, iron & calcium!)

Looks yummy  Got to try this! Please post recipe, thanks.

    Here's the ingredients:

    PrawnscallopStirfry_zps324d9618.jpg

It was incredibly yummy. I put half the ginger sesame marinade in at the beginning with the chicken, then added the celery, mushrooms and garlic, then once they were a little bit softer, added everything else and the rest of the marinade sauce.

ETA: I also threw in a pinch of red chili powder (the spicy) near the end of cooking just to give it a kick but guess I didn't put that in the ingredients list.
