Idk, I'm addicted to almond butter! I crave it every day and obviously I eat it 2 or 3 times a week.

Well, I had a day off yesterday and I totally regret it. All the hard work off the week is gone. I'm back on track but I think the day off does not work for me. Maybe a meal off would be more realistic.

I am eating about 1300 cal. It does make a difference, but I also noticed that sometimes I get carried away and I loose it. I need to constantly remind myself that I have to go back downsizing the amount of calories.
