on day 1 of the 10 day cleanse and lost 4lbs already! i'm sure it's mostly water weight but after the hiatus i've had i'll take it! hoping the next 9 days have the same amazing results. just what i needed to kick my butt back into gear. feel free to add because support is always needed.

i've cut out all red meat only eating chicken and fish recipes. wheat everything and a lot of turkey made substitutes. If i have anything (such as casseroles) with potatoes or rice in it i spoon it out with 1/2 cup measurer. if not i get a full cup. make sure you have two snacks a day (vegies and fruit). and never skip…

it tends to inspire me when i watch. i see these people who are so overweight and they're running on treadmills and doing these crazy workouts. it's motivating to me knowing that if they can do it so can i! I do like how they are focusing on the childhood obesity as well. Kids nowadays only have 1 day a week of gym class…

i'm also only working out at home. a couple of weights or resistance bands usually do the trick. you can also find tons of workout videos on youtube.

love the ideas! i rely on my crockpot a lot because i work 10 hours a day and have two kids that are just as hungry as i am by the time we get home. nothing better than walking in and serving up our plates.
