  • Enjoyed reading that post and have to say I agree with what you have to say. Towards the end I though their was going to be a link to your gym or a plug on your fitness DVD but was pleasantly surprised.

  • My goal was to get down the 13 stone by the end of jan. I have reached my goal. I've lost 11 pounds in 30 days and reached 12st 12pounds so beat my target. Very happy with myself :happy:
  • If you worked out a lot during the week you more than likely replaced fat with muscle growth.

  • Tuesday for me wiil mainly involve looking after my little boy Owen. He' 2 1/2. Its my day off today so i was up at 0630 with him. You should weigh in once a week at the same time each week wearing the same items of clothes or preferably just your underwear Also, weighing yourself first thing is not recommended…
