Polar FT4 HRM - I need a new heart rate sensor & strap
HI all, Topic says it all really other than after i purchase the new sensor and stap will it work with my existing FT4?. Ive looked to see if you have to sync the watch to the sensor but can't find anything on it?. Any one else replaced the chest strap and sensor & if so do i need to do anything? Many Thanks

July Targets

Calorie counting V Fat content
