Hi All,
Quick question,
I'm looking at pre mixing a few shakes to have throughout my day, especially when away from home. Is it ok to do this?. Will the shake still taste ok and be as effective consuming it say 4-5 hrs. after its been mixed?
What's your thoughts ?

I have done this before but didnt enjoy it as much...
I usually put just the powder in a shaker, and take the liquid seperately and mix them as I need them.
Dont think the nutritional value is any different, but the taste was duller I found when mixing hours before hand.0 -
I pour all my individual servings into "Pleated Sandwhich Bags", and tie a simple knot into the baggies. easy as hell, and I always carry a free local fitness publication in my gym bag. That's for the days I forget my to pack my shacker, I have paper available to tear out and make a funnel for common waterbottles.
Also use pleated bags for creatine, preworkout powders, and anything else that's powder. At times if someone looks in my bag I might appear to be a "Supplement Street Dealer" LOL0
