Push ups / Sit ups - Calories Burned

HI all,
I understand that there are so many factors involved in how many calories each person may burn when doing sit ups and press ups but can any one recommend a site or online calculator which they consider to be fairly accurate when you put your weight etc into it.
I really want to start on my body toning now that I've managed to loose some weight and need to look into what extra calories I'll be burning whilst completing these exercises.
Thanks all

I don't think there is an accurate way of measuring it without a Heart Rate monitor, so many sites give so many different amounts when you enter the details I tend to just take them at face value as a rough estimate.0

If you look under Cardio you can enter them as calisthenics, thats what I do. I know without a HRM it is just an estimate, but I feel like it has to count for something!0
