Anyone reccoemned a good recovery drink after a long run (7mile +).

Any good home made ideas or good high street shop brands.

    Diluted gatorade, you need the carbs just not the sugar, I think the Nutristionist said 1 part gatorade and 3 parts water.

    P90X Recovery Drink...tastes like an orange creamiscle...so good.

    Or if you are watching your pennies, good old chocolate milk works great...just use skim milk.

    Gatorade.

    I found a powerbar drink thats similar to gatorade. Its a powder that comes in a big tub.


    Then I'd hit up a good meal of protein and carbs afterwards
