  • Yogurt coated raisins for me. Start eating them about 45 mins into my run. I have also used the energy gels too but i find them hard to eat during a run and they seem to make me more thirsty.

  • Well done mate, great work. I was the same at the start of the year, next week end i take on my first half marathon :noway:
  • My motto has always been "anything that enters my mouth counts". Veggies, fruits. We even track our water intake on MFP and that has no calorie content :laugh:
  • I lost a little over 30llb's in just under 6 moths. I've been in maintenance now since June and fluctuate a pound or two under or over my ideal weight.

  • You would have definitely burned more by having your weight set higher. This is quite common amongst HRM users. Forgetting to keep your profile up to date as you loose / gain weight.

  • If you have the free version of acrobat, ie, you haven't purchased the license for it. Then you will not have editing rights. The reader is only designed for you to read and print the form off.
  • Stick with it Kelly. It's a long old road and some weeks are better than others. If your eating the right foods, exercising and drinking plenty of water you will start to see results. Good Luck :wink:

  • Every time i start to have "off" days or loose focus i read the success stories and look at pictures of users who have lost immense amounts of weight. Just looking at these pictures and reading how it has changed peoples lives, making them so much more confident and generally leading a more healthy lifestyle re-motivates…
