I never intended my reply to come across as a competition about who worked the longest hours. All I wanted to say was no matter how long the working day there are plenty of options with regards to eating healthy through out the day. oJoyGasmic - I see you live in Birmingham, I know B'Ham very well I'm there a lot. What…

10 hrs is not a "long" day at work and there are plenty of options for healthy food whilst at work. I drive for a living and sometimes work a 15 hr shift starting at 3am. I still manage to eat healthy and stay within in my 1200 calorie allowance as well as take the dog for a walk when I get home which counts towards my…

If you go into your setting you can change the titles of of your food diary. They don't have to be called breakfast, lunch, dinner etc. My working day starts at 03:00 so I've broken my diary into times, i.e.. 02:00 - 05:00, 05:00 - 10:00. This works for me. Hope that helps

Not sure what exercise to recommend in terms of working your arms but you defiantly need to make sure you up your calories to a minimum of 1200 a day and no less. Eating less will be undoing any work you put in .

What are you guys entering for an avg pancake made with semi skimed milk. No toppings just a plain pancake. (100grams made up). Does about 150 cals sound about right
