Good point, use the recipe function on MFP. I have recorded my regular home made things like chicken casserole, my seed and nuts snacks etc. Hepls keep your diary much more accurate. V

This app is brilliant, I started back in Sept, you can dip in and out. Post times etc to facebook, so all your pals can offer encouragement. I can now run 5/6k without stopping. I can't sing this apps praises any higher, and its cheap get it off Itunes! Good luck

Trainer A, knowledge over emotional support everytime - that's what your paying for. I also picked my p trainer based on the fact I did'nt fancy him, i.e I don't care how red i go when we are working out and put 110% into it.

Whatever it takes, a bit of competition helps keeps motivation going. Ultimately you'll feel great the more you loose, so thats the most important thing.

C25k is a good program, I'm on week 7 and I'm looking to do c210k after.take your running outside, so much more interesting than the gym.

This last week has been a real low one, I'm hoping an early morning spin tomorrow can re juvenate and re focus the mind on what matters - and that can only be right food choices. I'm going to carry fruit, carrots and nuts with me for the rest of the week and get to Zumba for an hour.

Always good when clothes are getting smaller. I am going to get my thin clothes bag out at the end of this challenge to see how much has come off. Although my 18 jeans are getting saggy on the *kitten*, so thats a good sign and my bra's are feeling a bit big. Keep on trucking you lot!!! Vxx

Hello on with 1lb this week, ho hum. Early morning spin on Wednesday gets me 700 cals burnt on the way for this week. Out tonight will try to stay off the wine, and maybe get another spin in the am!!! Maybe you need someone to talk to, especially if this is frequent and your underweight. The body needs energy to feel good, so breaking this habit could help break out of feeling low.
