I use "Maggies oh so Juicy" packet bags, just add pepper/courgettes/onions/mushrooms) and put them in the bag provided with the seasoning provided. I have normally chicken thighs (really cheap) and I do it with rice (look at my photos) I also dice it, and make my own chicken kebab :) nom nom

5'10, 279 lbs :* im on 1`200 calories a day, finding it pretty easy and surprisingly not hungry. I still have snacks and can eat more on my workout days :) Happy for FR's from everyone, and would love to snoop diaries for ideas too :)

I guess its down to personal choice, Its not sensible that if you burn 500 calories to eat 500 calories, but if ive had my typical 1200 cals per day allowance, and I go to the gym and burn 400 cals, I don't mind having a little treat, some malteasers/babybell or such like. If you have a glass of water, that's 1 glass, then, after each glass, count them, then, at the end of the day, if you've kept count correctly, you will have the total amount of glasses of water you've drank :D just fyi and in case you need it, here is a little table for you to work with 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Hope this helps…

You'll do it hun, and if you got curves, don't be jealous of others, your body is yours, lots of women want curves :) Just keep at it, don't obsess over it and you'll start to notice it better, also weigh once a week (same day, same time) every week you'll see better results :)

For now, I prefer the treadmill, I can set the speed in increments, if im finding it a little too easy or hard, I adjust it a little, I really struggle finding my pace going on a jog, I can treadmill for 30 mins+ really easy, but cant jog outside for more then a few minutes Not to mention all the ladies in tight lycra in…
