My number from this Friday is 78.4 kgs which means I am almost down 5 kilos since I started :)

I worked out this morning after the influensa and boy oh boy do I feel like I am starting at the beginning! I decited to go and get my 30 Shred DVD with Jillian Michaels out and she sure did kick my but with these 20 minutes. Now it is just to keep working at it and loose a little something every week. Am dissapointed…

This morning I was 81.5 (179.3 lbs) kilos which is 200 grams (0.4 lbs) up since last Friday :( Not happy with that, my week has been a very hard one and taken for every to do everything .... hopefully this week will be better for me. Unfortunately, this means I don't be able to reach my goal for the month :(

Today's weigh in is 81.3 kg (178.8 lbs) which is 0.4 kilos(0.9 lbs) down. Also lost 3 cms (1.18 ") at my hips and 1 cm (0.4") at my waist :)

I just realized that I fell under then 180 lbs mark :) always fantastic to see a new number of tens :D Great numbers ladies. It is fantastic doing this with others and helps with the motivation. This morning's weight was 81.7 kilos ( 179,74) so I am down 0.1 grams (0.2 lbs).

Scotland has always been on my list of places to see. Always visioned it to be gorgeous with nothing but green hills, trees, castle and highlanders in kilts :D We've been extremely lucky this winter while most of Europe's been down on their luck we've been having very nice temps.

Great job ladies :) Think how much fun it will be in June when we reach our goals! I have actually never been this excited about loosing weight before. I'd definitely be happy with a loss of 0.6 as any loss is a loss and something less you'll have to walk around with and sure does take you one step closer to your goal :)

Am liking that description. Something solid yet firm. Enough to make you feel safe and secure yet still soft and cuddly enough without making you feel like your trying to hug the floor!

It's Friday and weigh in day :) This morning I was 81.8 kg / 180.3 lbs Meaning I have lost 1.5 kg / 2.7 lbs this week and have to say I am extremely happy with that as I had not been able to jump start my exercises. :wink:

Do you guys only weigh yourself once a week or every few days? I am trying to restrain myself from getting on the scale every day as I know that will not give an accurate picture of my weight.

Well tea is still water :) I start at 8:30 and don't get a break till 10:30 so it can sometimes be a strech .......

That is a great idea :) I am going to change the settings on the page here to lbs so that I will be easier to track as there is no problem to weigh myself in kg's and then enter it in kg's and the site changes it into lbs :)

How has today gone for you all? My day started out real well but I ended up going to a friends house and she had a fresh new brownie from the oven so I had some .... but thought that one would be better than failing and pig out later! My biggest aim these days is to get my water intake regulated and to actually drink water…

I am in. Starting weight is 83.3 kgs (183 lbs). 20% = 16.6 kgs (36.6 lbs). MY GW is 65 kg (143). I am really liking this challenge as it will leave me with less than 2 kg's to reach my goal :) Am dreading the before picture though!!!!
