I'm weighing in today because I'm going on vacation tonight so I won't be able to. I'm happy to report I've hit my Valentine's day goal right on the nose weighing-in at 165 this morning! Now I've just got to try to maintain this weekend while I'm in ATL...

Not a huge loss this week, but I blame my mega 3.3 pound loss from last week, and fluid retention from my monthly friend as the culprits. Looking for a better number next week, but a loss is a loss, so I'll take it!!0 -

190.2 - I blame TOM and stress. My little guy has been sick this week. Had him to Doc on Monday. They did nothing. Had to take him back yesterday, as he developed a fever - STREP! So I am lacking sleep, energy, motivation, self-control.
Need to get on track! Looking for a major loss next week - at least back to what I was..... 187.2. (this in my goal for the week)0 -

Hi girls, been battling the worst flu over here and am still feeling under the weather!
But thought I'd step on the scale and see how it is. This morning I was 79.3 kilos or 174.5 lbs. I just seeing a 7 instead of an 8 at the beginning I do know that most of thi sprobably is water weight due to being sick but it sure is motivating to see the 70 -
keep it up gals! i weighed in 1 lb p 196.2, darnit TOM i hate you! lol

Sorry I missed Friday's weigh in. I weighed in this morning (the scale I use is at work so I only have access on weekdays) and another week with no change. I'm on a pateu (I know that is spelled wrong but for the life of me can't figure out how its supposed to be spelled - it's been a long, stressful day). I restarted P90X today (decided to go back to this instead of spending money on Turbo Fire right now). I think I'm healthy this time, so wish me luck

Didn't get a chance to post my weight for last week, but I stayed the same: 324.20

I worked out this morning after the influensa and boy oh boy do I feel like I am starting at the beginning!
I decited to go and get my 30 Shred DVD with Jillian Michaels out and she sure did kick my but with these 20 minutes. Now it is just to keep working at it and loose a little something every week.
Am dissapointed though that I didn't reach my first goal for Feb 1st but there is another goal for March 1st.0 -
I'm going out of town today so I have to weigh in a day early. No change for me this week, still at 160.7. Hope for big numbers next week!!!0

It is TOM for me and in pain and stressed. Ate like a crazy person all week. I REFUSED to weigh in. Please just leave me the same for this week. We'll see Friday.....
Also, I am making myself a promise to post on here more. I always monitor but have been so bad about posting. I'm really stressed and de-motivated. I WILL get back on track.0 -

A loss of.5lbs, think I've hit a plateau. I've just started the Couch to 5K, so i'm hoping that will mix it up a little. I've hit plateaus before and after a week or 2, it's started moving again.
I really want to get down that elusive dress size this month, but it's not looking good:sad:
