    I just realized that I fell under then 180 lbs mark :) always fantastic to see a new number of tens :D

    Great numbers ladies. It is fantastic doing this with others and helps with the motivation. I havn't been all to good on the exercise part but been keeping my food at a very good rate I think.

    Could you post the link to your site again? I cannot find it and I'd love to look at the states again there, thx.

    Only 2.9 lbs away. I am hope I can get below 200 by the fist weigh-in in Febuary. That would just make me sooooo Happy
    I think when i get to 195 for 2 weighins in a row I am going to reward myself with something. A massage sound nice. Maybe some new cloths.

    made myself a new goal today seeing yesterday i made my goal of riding my stationary bike to my grandmas house 291miles from our house in the last 3 weeks. my new goal is to bike to my cousins house which is another 863.83miles. going to try to do a lot of other things besides ride the bike so the goal is just to make it there by thanksgiving. im sure i could make it there before may but................its a goal lol. hope everyone has a wonderful week!!!

    my first day of FINALLY doing the cardio kickbox and for a 30 min workout i burned 105 calories...SWEATED LIKE CRAZY towards the end....UNFORTUNATELY though i didn't make it to the self workout...

    TODAY after i go to sleep and wakeup this is what my day looks like:

    TUESDAY, JANUARY 18
