I am also find that logging my food helps. Lately I have been fixing things like sugar free jello and low fat popcorn. Another thing that I am starting to trying is to drink more water in the evening. The bad part of drinking more water is I am up more at night going to the bathroom.

I too feel that it is hard and want to be at a healthy weight also. I also know that it is a life change that I have to make. I am working on doing things that are fun for me to do.
