I have one large calf and one small calf muscle because I have a club foot. Wellies are so difficult to get right! What I've done is made a slit down the back of them until my large calf fits comfortably then punched a couple of holes at the top and used a ribbon to tie them together. Oh, also...log everything you ate. Preferably the next day. It helps to see it written down - although it doesn't make comfortable reading.

I did exactly the same thing yesterday. Felt horrible by last night, but drew a line under it and today is another day. I'm going to try to hold onto the feeling I had at the end of the day and use it to stop myself from doing it again. I've got 10lbs to go too. This bit is the hardest! Definitely!
