Congratulations! You are looking great. (and what a cutie girl) I am also on the slow boat... but eating more makes me feel so much better, and so much less compulsive about food. I have 20 to lose... it had slowed to a stop at 1200 and is still stopped at 1800....but Im not done yet and those 600 cals make life so much…

Add in your exercise to the TDEE, then reduce by 20%, and see what it looks like. You should eat back most or all of your exercise cals. (just started doing this myself, experts chime in if Im wrong here...)

Southbeach is the best eating plan I have tried. It is pretty easy to sustain, and when I jump ship to eat cake or something, I get back on and feel much better. I am also a vegetarian, and it works well with that if you choose.

If you have not already figured your TDEE -20% try that... eating less is not the answer. I have had many plateaus while eating 1200 cals!. I gave up and stopped logging and working out....bad idea. Gained 18 pounds. Back on plan, eating more and seeing a small loss.
