it is crazy the price to be healthy, i must agree. It is however cheaper to buy fruits and veggies than eating junk food out all the time like we were doing

that's a good idea I like the priming idea and the planned higher calorie days. To many times i have higher calorie days that I did not plan

I make protein shakes twice a day. Once in the morning with breakfast and again after my workout.. If you make the protein shakes with water only it is between 130-150 calories

I officially started on Jan 1st 2013, just exercising and eating a calorie controlled diet- my goal is to lose 10lbs a month- my motivation is to be able to ride roller coasters with my 13 yr old daughter
