I def know how you feel. If it makes you feel better my biggest meal is always breakfast. That way I have all day to work it off. When my husband is home he sabatoges my diet.

Before my lifestyle change, I was drinking a case of reg soda every day. One day I stopped. It has been horribly hard. But 1 case of soda is 6 lbs. I am at 18 lbs lost. I triedthe 1200 calories for a month but my trainer yelled at me that i was starving myself. Now that I am up to 1600 calories, I am still only eating 1200. Very confused at this point.

I agree with everyone. I do notice when I am having a "bad" day I loose weight. I think thats the trick. You have to fool your body. Congrats on the weight loss!

I am five feet tall and they say i am suppose to be 110 lbs. Right now I am 238. I just cant imagine being that small. i dont think I have ever been that small. I think I would be happy at 140-150.

Hi name is Elizabeth, I am new at this. In fact I started on 01032013. I have lost 6 pounds so far. This is proably the hardest thing I have ever done. My advice for anyone is to take it one day at a time. Good Luck Everyone.:wink:
