busy weekend aghh

worked very hard to lose 3 lbs this week and afraid this weekend I am gonna gain them all back going to a wedding tomorrow and since my hubby has it off he wants to go out for breakfast and that is my one weakness i can handle any other meal out but breakfast i eat what i like and there is no changing it LOL so then wedding tomorrow night of course i will skip the cake

and mothers day on sunday ughhh

guess i am in for alot of time on the elliptical this weekend LOL

  • I def know how you feel. If it makes you feel better my biggest meal is always breakfast. That way I have all day to work it off. When my husband is home he sabatoges my diet.

    Actually I find when I eat breakfast it makes me starving the entire day so I skip breakfast

    And after mothers day i ended up gaining about 1 lb - makes for a very tiny loss for the week - which kinda stinks but i guess at least i did not gain for the week and i know i know i shouldnt weigh every day but i do i just dont do an official weigh in until mondays as i prefer to have my weekend weight included on the scale
