I went over on Valentine's Day, but not by too much. My boss brought in some heart-shaped sugar cookies, so I had one of those, and I made spaghetti for dinner and had wine to go with it, so that didn't help. But my dh got me flowers and no candy, so I really appreciated that from him. Jo

Don't worry, I think that coordinated people will still do the "live" versions of Zumba. But I for one, would NEVER set foot into a real class. Yes, I am that uncoordinated. I gave up trying to do exactly what the instructor does, but figure at least if I'm close and keep moving, I'm getting the same benefits.

Does anybody set a macro for sugar? You have to go into the settings and add it as one of the things that will show, but it is there.

Okay I understand what is being said here about some of the so-called low fat foods simply being high in sugar. So what do you set your macros at for sugar percentage per day?

I don't have that same problem, but I think ALMONDS are a great choice for a quick, healthly calorie boost (and delicious!)
