Question: Does the count only go up if you enter a diary entry every day? Or just if you log in and do anything on the site.

Great job! Very cool pics too. Are those the same glasses? You can really see the difference in your face, chin and neck. What a transformation!

I went over on Valentine's Day, but not by too much. My boss brought in some heart-shaped sugar cookies, so I had one of those, and I made spaghetti for dinner and had wine to go with it, so that didn't help. But my dh got me flowers and no candy, so I really appreciated that from him. Jo

Don't worry, I think that coordinated people will still do the "live" versions of Zumba. But I for one, would NEVER set foot into a real class. Yes, I am that uncoordinated. I gave up trying to do exactly what the instructor does, but figure at least if I'm close and keep moving, I'm getting the same benefits.

Does anybody set a macro for sugar? You have to go into the settings and add it as one of the things that will show, but it is there.

Okay I understand what is being said here about some of the so-called low fat foods simply being high in sugar. So what do you set your macros at for sugar percentage per day?
-
I don't have that same problem, but I think ALMONDS are a great choice for a quick, healthly calorie boost (and delicious!)

Great success story! You look like you went down in age as well! Jo
