No one must watch my attempts at Zumba! I am soooo uncoordinated that I rarely can follow the dancers. So I pretty much just keep moving and try and to do some of the moves, even though I do them nowhere near the way they're supposed to be done! The dog even barks at me....I look that bad.

I'm 48 and have one son in college (just took him back today :( ) and one a senior in high school. Wow! Thanks for sharing. You look great! My "date nights" with dh are similar to what yours were. I like your ideas of adding more activity into our outings. Slow start, but we went bowling the other day, and didn't partake in ANY of the typical bowling alley junkie foods! Jo

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 135. I reached that in 2007 and it was a good weight for my frame. Unfortunately, I'm now 164, so I've got to lose the 30 lbs again. Jo

I'm similarly confused by the different numbers. I did read a lot of the "newbie posts" and I do understand about why you should eat back your exercise calories. What I don't understand is why there is such a difference in calories required calculations from the MFP site and the Fat2Fit site. I really want to get that…
