Every day. I use the Libra app for it. It's great and tells you your 7day change, an estimate based on current progress for when you will meet your goal etc.

I don't have any bad tattoos myself. I love all of mine. But I really enjoy the show. They do some amazing work.

Congrats! You're not nuts. My original goal was 150. (I'm 5'7") But now I'm 147 and going for 135.

I have never and will never use one. I had 5 kids in 5 years and never used one. Heck I did disneyland on my own last Sept with all 5 of them (6, 5, 4, 2 and 11 months at the time) and I've never had any problems. I DO remember I was 4 years old and my mom tries to put one on me after my younger brother was born. She was…

Having the energy to get to the gym after taking care of my 5 kids all day is the hardest thing for me.

I had 6 pregnancies (5 living children and 1 second trimester loss) between 2005 and 2011. My boys were all large babies. I didn't try to lose weight after any of my pregnancies. After my 5th baby was born I GAINED 15lbs in his first year of life. I realized I had to do something. I've lost 50.4lbs since December 27. I'm…

I'll 3rd the Yosemite recommendation. Cut straight over out of Monterey. Great hiking and it's gorgeous. I live nearby. Santa Cruz mountains are an enjoyable ride as well. In SanFran my husband and I always make it a point to drive down Lombard St (Crookedest street) it's fun. 17 mile drive in Monterey and cannery row. In…

Our family hobby is going to Disney. We have annual passes and are there frequently. My husband and I enjoy home aquariums.

I have pizza once a week. Moderation :)

I recently upped mine from 1209 to 1500. I figured I could slow down my losses as I'm inching toward goal. The weight has started coming off quickly like it did in the beginning. Very pleasantly surprised :) (I'm 5'7" and 151 lbs)

Actually liked 99% of the vacation photos taken of me last week. Normally I come home, go through the camera, and want to cry. :D

2 months for the first 25 lbs. Started out eating 1700 then lowered it to 1500. I ran 6 days a week at that time. I lost 10 lbs the first week (so mostly water weight I assume) then 2lbs a week after that.

5'7" 154lbs 34-30-37 Shirts are a size M and jeans are anywhere from a 6-10(US sizes) depending on brand/cut. I've noticed higher end brands use less vanity sizing than cheaper brands.

Gotta yank it off like a bandaid. Make a conscious effort to stop completely. I am bad about wanting to snack while cooking dinner, so I make it my goal to drink a whole bottle of water while cooking instead.

I like to weigh in every day. Keeps me accountable and it's nice to see how different foods and things affect my weight.

Great post :) Good job girl!

I'm 156lbs at 5'7". I'm all leg with a short torso so I feel like my waist is large too. My measurements are 34-30-37.

I actually seem to. But I wonder if it is more a mental thing. Can't wait to hit that lower set of numbers and a watched pot never boils kind of thing. :)

I also replaced my old analog with a digital scale. I was so disappointed the analog had been "lying" and telling me I was 3lbs lighter. lol
-
I eat a little bit of chocolate every day. Keeps me sane and happy. :)
-
That is very similar to mine. I love it.

I have a digital glass scale. Taylor is the brand. Bought it at Costco. it is always accurate. No matter how many times I get on and off it reads the same. No matter where I move it in my house, etc.

I log every morning for the whole day. I leave myself a 200 calorie "cushion" for any extra bites of whatever I grab during the day. And I adjust accordingly if I eat more/less than I had originally logged.
-
I maintain the few days before, drop very slightly during. I usually lose 5lbs the week after.

About $1000 a month dor 2 adults 5 children. I also do a big stock up trip every few months where I spend $700-1000. I shop primarily at Costco.
