I am so glad for this post and all the answers. I am over everyday as well. I am definitely going to take it off my list too. I always go over because of some of my fruits in my Smoothies. I am trying to incorporate better fruit as well as more veggies. Thanks OP'r and all Replies.

I couldn't find my HRM & chest strap so I bought one off of Amazon only to find that my FT 7 watch Battery was DEAD! Now trying to replace the battery today because the new chest strap was delivered today.

I find its easier to get up if you have your workout clothes, gym shoes and everything at the foot of your bed, in your bathroom (I always have to go when I get up in the am), or a chair near your bed.
