That is understood. This isn't my first time on my healthy journey and I am not looking for a fad diet but a healthy way of eating. This was a jumpstart to that. I know the proper foods/exercise etc but had lost my way a bit so just jump starting and controlling a few things I usually have a problem with.

Welcome back! To me myfitnesspal always seems to give 1200 calories. It is a decent starting point and is really the minimum. Just my opinion. I find that for me, 1400 calories seem to be more doable and hopefully with exercise I can still maintain that and have that treat now and then.

Ladies I forgot to put my weight in so I did it today instead of Tuesday but with my weigh in from Monday in another challenge.
