I drink at least 100 fl oz a day. It is a pain in the butt to have to get up and pee all the time but it works for me. I love this stuff but that's exactly what I thought about the skunk taste lol crack me up! I thought it was just me lol I do love the stuff and I'm a runner and lift weights couple times a week plus Zumba.

When I started the topic I said I had a 2 lb, its actually a 3 lb. Its going great and I love it and I am seeing some results already!!!!

I'm on my 3rd day up to 30 min. now without stopping and I love it!! no more bruising. I'm a little tender at times but I can tell my body is getting use to it. Mine is a 3 lb and I have not dropped it so I'm really liking this workout. Does anyone have any before and after pics after doing the hoop for a period of time?…

I did a 15 min. session and wow! this is gonna take some time to get use to lol it hurts your stomach sooo bad and sides but your body will get use to it. My friend said give it about a week or so and it wont anymore. I can't wait to see the results!

I just purchased a set tonight off of one of those commericals where they advertise it for like a 1/2 hr or so. I hope the set I bought isn't like that because I dont have an Xbox or Wii. It never said anything about having to use a Xbox or Wii only.

Leslie Sansone walking program is awesome~doesn't take any equipment except for maybe a stretchie band and some hand weights but not all of her walks require them. Today was Day 4 for me to~still a little sore but getting better and it does seem a little easier than the 1st day. I still can't get thru all those push ups hardly and I'm doing modified lol also the bicycles are killing me at the end!!!
