Depends what you mean by low calorie, I guess. Aside from fruit/veg at very low cals, I find that if I fancy some chocolate, I go for a Kit Kat at 107 calories, and if I fancy something savoury, you can get crisps that are only 80-90 calories. I think with most things if you deny yourself completely, you'll just crave it more. If I were you, I'd try to find a low cal chocolate snack that you can fit into your allowance and not worry about. I don't know where you're based, but here in the UK, you can get two finger Kit Kats that are 107 cals and I swear by them…
