LMAO!!!!!! I totally try to do that but then it looks ridiculous!

Love this topic!! I must admit that for my "before" shots, I did... ahem.. accentuate certain problem areas so that in the after shots (in another 30 lbs) the difference will be obvious lol

Back when I was able to work out, I paid almost $100 a month for NYSC and also paid for babysitting so I could go... having a crummy gym makes you not want to go so if your health is important to you and you can afford a gym, do it. If you cannot afford the gym, take advantage of the nicer weather coming your way and run…

The colors are for resistance levels. I was told by my PT to buy the black one (got it from Amazon)

I second this. If you are unhappy in the marriage, get out. If he does not love you the way you are, he doesnt deserve you!

I am just starting to notice but had ppl tell me I look like I lost weight around 10 lbs. I took before pictures and measurements early on as well... its another way that I track my progress....

I feel slimmer but I am no where near being happy with my body.... although at least now I can fit into some of my older clothes.... I'm definitely getting there :)

I dont log tea all the time, or spices. I also don't log tasting something I'm cooking/baking (and I just mean a taste), but I try to save enough calories to cover for the margin of error.

I agree with this.

White House Black Market - gorgeous dresses and the sales will put some of the dresses within your budget. They complement all body shapes.

Thanks for the tip :)

How awesome to know that :)

Jachnoon... its a childhood meal that basically consists of rolled dough and butter. The best thing since sliced bread. Or even before sliced bread. I used to eat 2 pieces a weekend, easy. Then I found out it had over 1,500 in a small piece. Bummer.

I give great advice...

a simple straw should do. Get the thick one from McD (the one they use for their thick shakes)... get the shake while you're at it but drink it before the procedure. You don't want to repeat the procedure too often. Once a week should suffice :)

Love it :)

I would add to also watch your sodium (try for 1500, but not over 2500) and your fiber (I set mine to 30g). It seems to help!
