If you look at sizing charts, most 8-10 are considered M, while I believe 4-6 are S and 0-2 are XS. Not fat, or even a large.

Trader Joe has these chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels. It was my downfall. I would eat the whole bag, and buy several per week. But boy was it yummy!

Agreed. Most plus sized models I've seen are basically a size 10-12.

Agreed. I am the same way (a bit OCD here), but after a year or so on MFP, I have learned to eye ball what a cup looks like, so I am not always relying on a scale or measuring cups. I still look at menus ahead of time and I still try to plan ahead, but I allso give myself breaks here and there. It might take you a bit more…
