Chocolate...I can't live without it. I factor it into my calories for the day.

    chocolate.

I am quite fond of the raspberry dove chocolate. I also love my Bryers Blasts Double Chocolate Oreo ice cream. 120 cals for 1/2 cup of deliciousness. I usually eat 1-1.5 cups for dessert unless i'm out... in which I panic.

I buy the Russel Stover no sugar added chocolate, it seems to not make me go crazy with cravings the next day. I also eat my home made chocolate that I make with stevia, coconut butter, peanut butter and coco powder... it's pretty decent.

    I eat...

    -DRUMROLL-

Chocolate! Like many others have probably said (I didn't read through the thread  ) it's not necessarily what you eat, but how much you eat. Yes, we should all eat healthy, but honestly as long as you're within your calorie limits you will still lose weight. Giving in to your cravings doesn't meant you have to eat TONS of chocolate. It's all about moderation. (Though, sometimes eating 15 chocolate chip cookies does seem like a good idea. Haha  )

    Chocolate.

Specifically, Dove dark chocolate covered almonds and Hershey's special dark chocolate chips. I like the chips because I can just have a few.

I usually skip a meal and replace it with a south beach chocolate meal bar to cure my cravings. Or a chocolate Ensure shake.

    When I have chocolate cravings I eat.....chocolate.

I just don't eat a ton of it and I make sure it fits in my calories or I go earn it through exercise. Dark chocolate is a good choice because you don't need much of it.

I eat chocolate. I just make sure I have room for it in my calorie goal.

Chocolate doesn't cause weight gain, excess cals do. No reason you can't save some cals for chocolate and still make progress.

Didn't read other responses because this is the only one you need. :)

Hershey's Dark Chocolate Kisses. They're only about 20 calories per kiss.

I like the Weight Watchers Chocolate Fudge Bars. Only 100 cals and they're delicious. Jello Dark Chocolate Sugar-Free puddings are good too at 60 cals.
