What should I order??
A bunch of co-workers and I are going to Delmonico's for lunch (restaurant week!) - they do not have nutritional info and I am not sure what to choose that will be the healthiest/lowest calorie option and somehow allow me to have more than water for dinner... What would you order and how many calories would you…

Water Parks... need food/snack advice, please!!
Hi, We are taking our two (9 year old) boys to a water park for the weekend. As we all know, it is a place filled with nothing but fried, tasteless (and not to mention expensive) food. As part of trying to stay healthy no matter the place or circumstances, I am trying to prepare healthier options for us ahead of time. I…

How does MFP determine which of your friends show up on your news feed? I noticed that there are friends that are very active and post frequently, but for some reason, some posts never make it to my feed... Is this happening to everyone?

pre-midlife crisis
I am afraid I will end up turning to food (although I keep reminding myself its not such a good listener), so instead, I turn to you, my dear MFP friends because... well, because 1. I can be straight with you 2. because you all are so supportive and 3. I will lose my mind if I don't... So here goes: My firm (law firm in…

Calories - over and under
Hi, I was wondering what your thoughts are on making up the next day for going over your calorie goal one day. So if on Monday I go over by 200, I will go under by that much on Tuesday. I don't do this on a regular basis, but not sure if this is OK to do on occassion. Thanks.

Friends without (exercise) Benefits
Hi, I've wanted to join a journey group for a while now but because I cannot work out, I feel like I am not on an equal playing field with most groups. Fiber
What's the deal with fiber? If I go over my daily budget, is that bad? I love edamames and they are super high in fiber. Should I cut that out of my diet or is OD-ing on fiber not that big a deal?

All Diet and No Exercise....?
Since I injured my knees last year, I have been unable to work out and a tremendeous amount of weight seems to have snuck up on me in this short amount of time. I still cannot work out but am starting to diet using MFP and really paying attention to what I am eating. I am worried, though, that diet alone won't be enough…
