Hi,

I've wanted to join a journey group for a while now but because I cannot work out, I feel like I am not on an equal playing field with most groups. That's why I wanted to create a group for those of us who cannot /do not exercise and are losing weight with diet alone.

Looking to create a group for support, motivation and to share our experience and tips as we head toward our goal weight/body.

    I'm limited in what I can do. walking a little and gentle tai chi is pretty much it. I'm hoping to build up but it will be a slow journey.

    I do find it frustrating as I've joined a few challenges and they each post an exercise challenge for the week and there is me thinking ok, i'll try walking for 6 minutes a day this week. Sounds pathetic huh! So I just tend to keep quiet.
