Set yourself up with a reward - something you really want. Then, instead of sitting in front of the computer all day, snacking, take walks, make small changes, but stick to them. After a little while, make slightly bigger changes - run, etc. You can do it, if not for yourself, do it for your marriage.

Hi, I am 2 days away from completing the 30DS. I was (still am) in your shoes - level 1 - tough, but I was rolling with it. Level 2 - I thought I was going to die. First four days of level 2 I was not able to do all the moves fully, I thought my heart would thuimp right out of my chest and took a few water breaks…

So there's this move I can do water - its like a flip, but way cooler (imagine olimpians who do air flips before plopping into the water, only I do it while submerged). Problem is, when I'm overweight, it looks a lot more like splashing a ton of water, and a lot less like a flip... haha. If I were thinner, it would be way…

I can tell you that I worked through college with a 1.5 year old to support - you can rent a small studio, figure it out and move on. This is sooooo disgusting, I would not be able to bear looking at him, let along have a relationship/live with or clean up after him.

First, congrats!!! So exciting for you!!! Swing - a must!! the chair that hangs from the door frame - my son LOVED it - it was the only way I could have a minute to myself! A bouncer - good for the first month or two. They are not exp, so go for it. Stock up on plenty of diapers - they are exp and they go by FAST! bath tub…

I have 2 kids (10 and 11) and I also used to be a single mom, so I know how tough it can get. I know you also feel like working out is the last thing you have time for. So I will say that my kids are old enough to get themselves out of bed in the morning (they set their own alarm clocks), they make their own breakfast and…

haha.... I personally will not step foot in those places - not even for a salad - I feel like my money should go to supporting those businesses that actually care about what they are serving us, not just their CEO's pockets. Subways is a somewhat healthier/fast foodie kinda place, as is Cosi's, Prett, and Panera's. Mind…

If you did not elevate your heart rate, I wouldnt log it.

Are you also taking measurements? You are probably building muscles, and shrinking, but just not seeing those numbers on the scale...
-
Once you are done losing weight, you will have more calories. If you keep exercising a few days a week, keep eating clean (for the most part), keep an eye on how much you eat, you should be fine. Keep track of your weight and measurements, say once a month... if you see a serious gain, track again and see what you are…

Tracking my food - hands down.
