Good start! Feel free to add me as well. I will relish in those "Rocky" moments with you. I am finding myself looking forward to my walk/runs more than ever now; especially after wearing my heart rate monitor and typing in those calories burned into MFP

You will love it! It is so easy to use and really keeps you on track. I have been successful each time I've done it. I have recently started back and more determined than ever to keep it up. Each day of logging in gets you a little more encouragement.

You look fantastic. I can imagine how much happier you are. Great job

I am 5'8 and started out at 194. My goal is to get out of the size 16's I am now in and comfortably wear a size 9 (what I use to be and where I was happiest) That would put me around 145-150. I have been a yo-yo dieter for about 10 years now..It's time to get real!

Great! I am a coffe/tea drinker and never looked at it this way... I always feel bad because I don't drink a lot of water at the end of the day when entering my totals.
-
I feel the same! Everyone could use some extra support.
-
Thanks! I really should go get a scale.

Hi. I am right there with you...I've done MFP before and was successful and now trying it again. I've asked my friends to join me but so far only one has..I would love you have you on board with me. Karen

This is a great tool. I love it. I haven't signed in for a couple of days and I've eaten everything knowing that it isn't really worth it if I want to reach my goal. It really makes you accountable for what you eat. Which in return gives us all the results that we ultimately want. I am dedicating myself to stick with it…

You look amazing. It is definately encouraging to see your post to all of us. Thanks

I agree...Go with Jillian. It is tough but straight to the right places. The best thing is you can get it at Walmart for $9

That is exactly what I was thinking...it's time for me to move as well. I have had more success with this site than I have with any other weight loss program and the most awesome thing is that it is free. Good luck with your weight loss and hope to see ya on here. Karen
