I weighed in at 302 and now I'm at 285. I only weigh myself every Sunday. I stopped fast food and stopped drinking anything but water. MFP has helped me gain control again and I'm headed to 185!!

I work about 60 hours a week and I don't get a lot of time for exercising. I am netting 1400 calories a day and a lot of my weight was because I ate fast food and lots of diet coke. I eat egg beaters for breakfast, an apple for a snack, a salad for lunch, or I have a 6"turkey subway sub on wheat and baked chips, for dinner a boneless pork chop or chicken breast and steamed frozen veggies in a cheese sauce. Green giant in the frozen food!0

Thanks. When I weighed in at 302 I said enough is enough. My 4 year old daughter is everything to me and I need to do whatever it takes to make myself healthy and be around to watch her grow up. I am making my life healthier and better one decision at a time. I haven't had perfect days everyday but I can't work on this a week at a time. It's one decision at a time.0

I just started so my weight will go fast at the beginning. You are just plateauing for a while. Don't lose sight of your goal! Keep eating healthy and exercising. You are gonna get there and feel great in the process!!0
