They have actually had these kinds of machines since the 40s and 50's!!!!!! They didn't work then and they don't work now. They can be useful to ease muscle strain/ aches as they can cause micro contractions, but they DO NOT help you build muscle. Nor do they burn more calories than a mild stretch. So I weighed in this morning and SHOCKER I'm down six pounds from last week :laugh: Oh yeah...I ate all my calories but I did add in Yoga to my routine. Love it! This puts me at 203....My goal is 185 by summer but I might be changing that if this keeps up! WOOOHOOOOO
